The Kenya Biogas program was set up in 2016 and for the last 5 years it has witnessed a lot of progress in it’s aim of developing a sustainable biogas sector in Kenya. This was through facilitating construction of bio digesters and training on bio slurry, creating market linkages and awareness, improving access to finance, quality control and using the power of data to drive business sector growth.
To this end Kenya biogas seeks to develop and build it’s presence online to be able to engage with its consumers and partners online.
The goal is to leverage on technology by building up on digital marketing and it’s platforms. To increase engagement and on boarding of clients and partners in buying in to clean energy.
For that purpose; KBP intends to procure digital managed services”, for which this is the Terms of Reference.
The objective of the assignment is to support website and content management for the Kenya Biogas Program. This will help the marketing of KBP on digital platforms and thus creating awareness on clean energy opportunities for homesteads and corporations.
The digital platforms will also act as engagement platform space for all KBP entrepreneurs and the biogas sector business community and KBP moves to the next phase.
